Warranty and Repair

Our Products are fully warranted to the original purchaser against any defects for one year from the date of purchase from any approved dealer of our products. This warranty does not cover physical damage and will be voided if any attempt has been made to remove the sealed covers on any of our products. Except as provided herein, we make no express warranties and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in its duration to the duration of the written warranty set forth herein. Components may not all be exactly as shown due to manufacturing revisions. Except as provided herein, we shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by use of this product, including, but not limited to, any incidental or consequential damages. Some states or countries do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on the length of implied warranties; therefore, the aforesaid limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Should you require Repair Service either in or out of Warranty, please give us a call or email FIRST to discuss the problem. Often we can fix many problems immediately. Or we may, at our option, send a replacement unit. Some components such as tripods and carry cases are covered by their individual manufacturer's warranty.

If you need to return your equipment, package it securely and send it, insured for it's value, to the address below. Make sure you include inside the package the date of purchase, your complete name, address, phone number and email, along with a detailed description of the problem. Please DO NOT include tripods or carry cases. We will advise you by email or phone as soon as we examine the equipment. Charges for out-of-warranty repairs will be quoted by email or phone and will be payable before repairs are performed.

Returns

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. To obtain a Return Authorization or follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us by email or phone. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
